    2012: Year of the SEO

So 2011 was definitely an interesting year... Photography-wise it was a big blur.. I say that because I ran a promotion early in the year that really made a push to my clientelle... people say it was good; but I say it was hard. I never thought in my second year of business my workload would be too much for me to bare...well- not really. I still stand today.

The truth of the matter is I hunger for more... more business- more opportunites. I've gone about registering two domains: eternosamores.com and chooseyourquest.com ( future endeavors to be announced ) But the real focus here is much of the same from one year ago. In year three of my business I hope to accomplish some miraculous growth. The numbers speak for themselves...by first glance. I've done better. More than likely because of my expenses in year one perhaps. Nonetheless Year 2012 (the two two's mean something special to me) -I hope to really secure the business and perhaps build on a good foundation for the future. So it seams befitting that with my knowledge I obtained through my Photography Business I may once again embark on something specail... A plan to bring Eternal SEO: Local Internet Marketing, The Chuco Artist Network, and Eternos Amores into the Spotlight shared by Ayer Eternal.

In the year of the SEO one must sit down and not think of a resolution, but moreso a committment...

    to 2012!!! Happy New Years!!!

    Southwest Artists Unite

The Chuco Artist Idea started almost two years ago. The technology at the time was mostly out of reach and primarily in the hands of programmers making social sites for the internet masses. The Chuco Artist Project began as an experiment in El Paso, TX, but after seeing the positive impact it could have in the lives of the artists and the growing number of dedicated artists on the site, the Chuco Artist Network began. Though still from humble beginnings, we have dedicated our lives to the arts and have talent matching many high profile artists. We thrive to be recognized- not only through our local communities... but ultimately the world.

In essence, the network is what you make of it. Each Chuco Artist must play their part in binding the whole thing together- each day we must continue the fight against the Man and the Facebook addiction that strays us away from our true purpose... the Arts.
Our Oath to Promote, Network, Educate and Discover ensures a purpose beyond common thinking into the realm of enrichment for our lives. This is an opportunity for one site for all Chuco Artists to gather, plain and simple. We are dedicated enough to believe in something greater than ourselves. We are showing the world our talent in unity and will invest in bettering the network in any "creative" way we can. We will settle for nothing less...
The time of Niche Social Networking has begun...

    Mimco is at it again...

I have recently been charged for damages that incurred outside my property due to an act of god, aka a frozen water pipe. After my ceiling started leaking I immediately went out to turn off the water line, which I share with the downstairs unit. By this point, my studio was flooded in a small condensed area. I immediately shoveled the water out and eventually stopped the madness.

Two days later, I am told by Mimco that I am responsible for repairing the water pipe. They insisted they were going to send a plumber, which I denied to. Nonetheless, they sent the plumber out anyway without my consent. I was not at the property to answer and by this time I had already fixed the repair and the water was running fine.

I receive a bill for the plumber and another for damages occurring in the property below due to a leaking ceiling. They never set foot inside the premises and I did all the repairs interior on my own. I strongly feel they are crossing the line trying to charge for a plumber I never authorized, let alone have an opportunity to speak to. I also feel strongly that I have nothing to do with 64 ceiling tiles that were replaced downstairs without my knowledge or consent. If a meteor crashed through my window and burned a hole in my floor and damaged the property below am I still responsible? I find it absurd that if gravity was reversed I wouldn’t be in this predicament. To show a even lesser degree of integrity, Mimco decides to add Administrative Fees and Late Charges if I don’t comply within 10 days. As for the plumber, maybe I should hire a customer service firm to train Mimco and charge them the bill…

Came out in the radio yesterday. It feels pretty good cruising in the highway and listen to the DJ mention your studio name. Later that day, KLAQ paid their homage to the studio followed by some banging metal. Sign up for the next deal coming in about ninety days...
